Terms and Conditions for Ole Liners Non-Profit Baseball Organization
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and participation in the programs offered by Ole Liners Non-Profit Baseball Organization. By engaging with our programs or donating to our organization, you agree to abide by these terms:

1. Eligibility and Participation

Participants in Ole Liners programs must meet the age and skill level requirements specified for each program.

Players and their families must commit to following the guidelines set by Ole Liners, including attendance, behavior, and participation standards.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that players adhere to the rules and regulations during practices, games, and other organization events.
2. Code of Conduct

All participants, coaches, volunteers, and staff must maintain a high standard of sportsmanship, integrity, and respect for others.

Harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that negatively impacts the community or the organization’s values will not be tolerated.

Players and their families are expected to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
3. Liability and Risk

Participation in baseball activities involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling in Ole Liners programs, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

Ole Liners will take necessary precautions to ensure player safety, but by participating, players and their families waive any liability claims against the organization related to injuries that may occur during activities.
4. Donations and Fundraising

Donations made to Ole Liners are used exclusively for the organization’s programs, including scholarships, training, equipment, and operational expenses.

Donors acknowledge that all donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

Fundraising events organized by the organization are intended to support the non-profit mission and are not for personal gain.
5. Financial Assistance and Scholarships

The organization offers financial assistance to families in need. Applicants for financial aid must submit the required documentation to be considered.

Financial assistance is granted based on availability of funds and the organization’s discretion.
6. Intellectual Property

Ole Liners owns all intellectual property rights related to its logos, branding, content, and other materials.

No person may use Ole Liners branding or materials without prior written permission from the organization.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Ole Liners respects the privacy of its participants. Personal information will only be used for the purposes of communication, registration, and organizational activities.

The organization will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
8. Amendments to Terms

Ole Liners reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants and donors via appropriate channels.
9. Governing Law
